But in fact, through professional high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology, we can turn it into high-quality bio-organic fertiliser. Our analysis shows that the initial investment in a fermentation plant processing 10,000 tonnes of manure per year would be around $10 million, with operating costs of around $2 million per year. Based on a sales price of RMB 500 per tonne of bio-organic fertiliser, the plant can achieve a net profit of RMB 4-5 million per year from the sales of bio-fertiliser alone.If we also take into account the carbon trading revenue, environmental protection subsidies and other policy dividends, as well as fertiliser to bring the effect of agricultural output improvement, the return on investment will be more substantial. We expect that the investment cost will be fully recovered in 5-7 years, after which we will get continuous and stable income.
